About Me

Hi, I’m Teddy (they/them), a queer death doula holding space for grief, legacy, and the sacred threshold between life and death.

I came into this work after the death of my father, a profound loss that cracked me open and reshaped how I move through the world. Since then, I've also mourned my grandmother and many others close to me. These experiences taught me that grief is not something to fix or rush through, but something to be witnessed and supported with care and compassion.

With a background in behavioral science, I bring both practical insight and deep emotional presence to the people and families I work with. My approach is grounded, inclusive, and affirming, especially for those whose identities and lives don’t always fit into mainstream ideas of family, legacy, or mourning.

As a death doula, I support individuals and their loved ones through end of life planning, navigating grief, and creating meaningful legacies. Whether you're facing death, anticipating it, or moving through the aftermath of loss, you don’t have to do it alone.

This work is about more than just endings. It is about connection, legacy sharing, and building community where every part of your story is honored.
